im in the process of writting up my law suit against linda chapman and paul putz. while i wont be using a lawyer i will have the help of my libertarian, atheist lawyer friend who will review everything i file, and advivise me. he doesnt have a lot of love for paul either. paul and linda will be the only ash members sued. no one else will be sued.

it has 3 parts the first part is that linda and paul didnt follow the ash by laws and literally stole ash because they illegally prevented me from getting the list of member names and finance.

the second part will ask for criminal charges to be filed against paul putz for what appears to be mis-spending of a few hundred dollars of the ash money. ill spare you the details but mr wevans has copies of a few of the questionable checks.

the third part of the lawsuit will address the fact that paul putz and linda chapman spoke at a HSGP meeting back in aug in which i was the subject of the meeting and in the meeting i was slandered by lies they made up. it will also address the slanderes ash newsletters paul mailed to all ash members but me.

back in aug i was told by a number of people that i was the topic of a HSGP meeting where paul putz and linda chapman told HSGP members that i was the scum of the earth. normally i put this stuff on my web page but all the people asked that i keep it off the web which i have.

if HSGP wants to say im the scum of the earth thats fine with me as long as your truth full about what you say.

i have a couple of questions?

1) are you the HSGP officer i should be taking to about this. if not who should i send my e-mails to. or can you just send this e-mail to the right person?

2) do you have any tape recordings of the meeting(s) which contain what paul putz and linda chapman said about me so i can use in my court case.

3) what were the dates of the meetings where paul putz and linda chapman spoke to HSGP members about how bad mike is supposed to be.

4) did the HSGP newsletters have the fact that i was going to be talked about the meeting, and if they did can you get me a copy of the newsletters?

5) are paul putz and linda chapman officers of HSGP? or was this hate mongering talk about mike soley the idea of linda chapman and paul putz?

6) i have several friends who attended the meeting who will give me info for the court case. do you have the names of any people who are not my friends who can give me and unbiased statement of what paul putz and linda chapman said about me.
